                        Clarification of Press Comment

Further to recent press comment, the Company wishes to clarify that any costs
to be borne by the Company, associated with Tony Allan's court case, would be
negligible. The majority of the costs will be met by Tony Allan personally and
it is not his intention to sell shares in Fish plc to meet this payment.
