FALKLAND ISLANDS HOLDINGS PLC (The 'company') 

Disclosure Announcement

The Company has today received notification in accordance with Part IV of the 
Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Artemis Investment Management Limited and 
certain of its subsidiaries companies have an aggregate interest of 908,015 
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company. This 
represents an interest of 10.86% of the Company's issued share capital.
