                         DISCLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT

The company has today been informed that following the recent sale of 100,000 
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the company by 
Dr, Alfred Bader, his holding of shares in the company has reduced to 216782 
shares. This represents an interest of 2.6% of the company's issued share 
capital.
