Following a recent transaction in Ordinary shares of 10p each of Falkland Island
Holdings PLC ('the Company'), Jupiter Asset Management Limited ('Jupiter')
hereby notifies you on behalf of its client, Jupiter Primadona Growth Trust PLC,
that it now holds 292,200 Ordinary shares representing 3.51% of the Company's
Ordinary shares in issue based on an issued share capital of 8,333,861.

Jupiter Asset Management Limited does not hold any shares beneficially, but
holds them as an investment manager acting on behalf of discretionary clients.
