DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING


The Company announces that David Hudd, the Chairman and Director of the company
has today acquired a further 5,400 shares (0.06%) ordinary shares of 10 pence
each in the company at a price of £1.75 per share. This takes Mr Hudd's
shareholding in the company to 45,400 ordinary shares of 10 pence each and
represents 0.54% of the Company's issued share capital.
