DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that Sir Harry Solomon, a Non-Executive Director of the 
company has today acquired a further 5000 shares (0.06%) ordinary shares of
10 pence each in the company at a price of £3.97 1/2 per share.  This takes 
Sir Harry Solomon's shareholding in the company to 430,027 ordinary shares of 
10 pence each and represents 5.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
