Fidelity Special Values PLC (FSV) announces that on 20 July 1999 it purchased
500,000 FSV shares for cancellation at a price of 158.50p per ordinary share.
The Company has also purchased 200,000 FSV warrants for cancellation at a
price of 82.00p per warrant. The number of ordinary shares now in issue is
36,102,748 and the number of warrants now in issue is 5,934,132.
