On 8 January 2001 Fidelity Special Values PLC issued and allotted a further
446,751 ordinary shares, in respect of shares arising on exercise of warrants,
with effect from 1 January 2001. The total issued share capital is now
35,804,506 and the number of warrants outstanding is 4,277,374.
