Change in Registered Holder

Fidelity Japanese Values PLC (FJV) received notification today that Prudential
plc have changed the name of their registered holder in respect of 4,000,000
FJV ordinary shares from Prudential Client (MSS) Nominees Ltd PAC a/c to
Pruclt HSBC GIS Nom (UK) PAC a/c.

This is not a change to the notifiable interest of Prudential plc in FJV but
merely a change in registration details.
