Posting of Annual Financial Report and AGM Notice

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the Company's registered office at 1^st Floor, Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, South Esplanade, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 6JB, Channel Islands on 31^st October 2013 at 10 a.m. 

In connection with this, copies of the following documents, which have today been posted to shareholders, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:-

1.  The Company's audited Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30^th June 2013, which contains the Notice of the 2013 AGM; and

2.  The Form of Proxy for the 2013 AGM. 

A copy of the Annual Financial Report is also available to download from the Investment Manager's web site at www.giml.co.uk.
