Board changes

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13, the Board announces that, having served for eight years and four months, Russell Edey will retire from his position as Senior Non-executive director and chairman of the Fund's Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 4^th May 2023. It is the intention that Julian Healy will replace Russell as chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and Torsten Koster will replace Russell as Senior Non-executive director.

There are no other details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
