Availability of Annual Financial Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at the Company's registered office at 1^st Floor, Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, South Esplanade, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 6JB, Channel Islands on 4^th November 2019 at 10.30 a.m. 

In connection with this, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:-

1.   The Company's audited Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30^th June 2019, which contains the Notice of the 2019 AGM; and

2.   The Form of Proxy for the 2019 AGM. 

A personalised Form of Proxy has been sent to each shareholder by post.

A copy of the Annual Financial Report and Form of Proxy are also available to download from the Company's web site at www.genesisemf.com.

Notes:-

·     To be effective, all proxy appointments must be lodged with Computershare Investor Services (Guernsey) Limited, c/o The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol BS99 6ZY by 31^st October 2019 at 10.30 a.m.

·     Pursuant to Article 41 of the Uncertificated Securities (Guernsey) Regulations 2009, entitlement to attend and vote at the meeting and the number of votes which may be cast thereat will be determined by reference to the Register of Members of the Company at close of business on the day which is two business days before the day of the meeting. Changes to entries on the Register of Members after that time shall be disregarded in determining the rights of any person to attend and vote at the meeting.
