As previously announced in its annual report and accounts for the year ended
31 May 2000, the Company has undertaken certain preparatory work which would
enable Swansea City Football Club to be floated, subject to market conditions
being suitable. The Company continues to look closely at a possible flotation,
or a trade sale of Swansea City Football Club. The Company plans to make a
further statement at the time of its interim report, due in the next 21 days.
