                                Board changes



The Company is pleased to announce that Alan Wix, formerly joint Chairman and
joint Chief Executive, is now Chairman and Chief Executive of the Ninth Floor.
Subsequent to the disposal of Swansea City Football Club and the refocusing of
the Company's activities on the provision of technology-led solutions for
corporate, property and infrastructure, Neil McClure, formerly joint Chairman
and joint Chief Executive, has left the Company.
