                                Result of EGM


At the Company's EGM held today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed,
including, inter alia, the Resolution to approve the acquisition of Applied
Infrastructure Management Services Limited. Admission of the enlarged share
capital is expected to take place at 8am on 6 June 2001.
