              The Ninth Floor Plc ('Ninth Floor' or 'the Company')

                                  Board change



Following further re-structuring of the Company, Mike Creedon, Group financial
director will leave the Company with immediate effect. Internal re-structuring
of the Group board will see the finance function absorbed into the Operations
Director's function. Ninth Floor's advisors will continue to provide support and
the board is confident that the imminent appointment of a non-executive director
will further strengthen the Group's position.

Chief Executive Officer Alan Wix said 'The departure of Mr Creedon is in line
with our plans to re-structure the Ninth Floor and is evidence of commitment to
maximise our potential for 2002.'
