                Assignment of Swansea City Football Club loan


The Company announces that is has assigned its outstanding loan of £801,098
due from Swansea City Football Club to a Mr Melnurse. This loan formed part of
the original arrangements entered into by the Company on the disposal of
Swansea City Football Club plc in July 2001 and was fully provided for in the
preliminary results for the year ended 31 May 2001.
