Ferrexpo plc Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules 5.6.1.R, Ferrexpo
plc advises that, as at today's date, its issued share capital comprises
613,967,956 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights. Ferrexpo plc
does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure (613,967,956) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their   interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ferrexpo plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
