Resignation of Chief Marketing Officer

Ferrexpo today announces that Simon Wandke, Chief Marketing Officer, will be leaving the Company at the end of the year. The Board is well advanced in a search for Simon's replacement and is committed to ensuring a smooth and effective handover.

Michael Abrahams the Chairman of Ferrexpo plc commented:

He joined the Group in 2006 and has played an integral part in the establishment of Ferrexpo's world class sales and marketing division.
