Upon vesting of a tranche of Ordinary Shares awarded as an IPO bonus, the disposal of a percentage of the beneficial interest in such Ordinary Shares retained by Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited on behalf of the Ferrexpo AG Listing Bonus Trust (the 'Trust') under the terms of the trust deed of the Trust in order to settle tax and social security liabilities on behalf of beneficiaries, including persons named above.
