The above documents (with the exception of the New Articles) have today been posted to the shareholders. The New Articles incorporate amendments to the current articles of association to reflect the implementation of the remaining provisions of the Companies Act 2006 which come into force on 1 October 2009.  The resolution adopting the New Articles will only become effective on 1 October 2009. An explanation of the main changes introduced in the New Articles is given in the Appendix to the Notice of the AGM.
