Wolseley plc Completion of the disposal of Build Center

Wolseley plc is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of the business and assets of Build Center to Saint Gobain as disclosed on 25 July 2011. As previously indicated Wolseley UK will continue to provide some services to Build Center under a transitional services agreement for a period of one year.
