Ordinary shares of 25p each
Wolseley plc hereby notifies that following the appointment of Chip Hornsby as
a director of the company, announced on 2 May 2001, Mr Hornsby was granted an
option over 100,000 ordinary shares at 485p per share on 20 June 2001,
pursuant to the Wolseley plc executive share option scheme.
