In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R (1) and following the maturity of his savings contract, ordinary shares of 10 ⁵³/₆₆ p each granted under the ESPP in April 2009 at an option price of 743 pence, were allotted on 14 July 2014 as follows:
