Amendment - Notification of Application for Additional Listing

Wolseley announces a correction to the announcement made on 20 December 2010 RNS Number 2970Y. The scheme name Wolseley Group Share Option Plan 2010 should have read Wolseley Share Option Plan 2003.

The aggregate number of shares blocklisted by Wolseley plc has not been affected and there is no impact on shareholders as a result of this administrative correction.

Notification of Application for Additional Listing

Application has been made for a total of 1,222,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These ordinary shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:
