                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting


The Board is pleased to announce that approval has today been obtained at the
various meetings in relation to the proposals set out in the circular dated 5
June 2007.  Accordingly, the proposed Company Voluntary Arrangement and, inter
alia, the Placing to raise £1.4 million will proceed, subject to admission of
the 82,480,060 new ordinary shares, being issued pursuant to the proposals, to
trading on AIM which is expected to take place tomorrow, Tuesday 3 July 2007.
