                           Notification of Interest                           

Feedback PLC ('the Company') was notified on 16 January that Mr Thomas William
George Charlton has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company.  Following this purchase, Mr Charlton's beneficial interest in the
ordinary share capital of the Company has increased to 750,000 ordinary
shares, representing 6.34 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
