                   Feedback plc ('Feedback' or the 'Company')

The board of Feedback plc has been informed today that Mr Thomas William
Charlton has transferred 1,192,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, from
registration in Nutraco Nominees Limited to registration in his own name.

Mr Charlton's holding following the transfer will remain at 1,192,000 ordinary
shares of 10p each, representing 9.9998% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
