Tom Charlton, a non-executive director of the Company since January 2003, has
resigned as a director with immediate effect in order to devote more time to his
other investment activities.


The Board is very grateful for the significant contribution Tom Charlton has
made during his time as a director and the financial support which he has
provided the Company during the substantial restructuring of the last two years
and we wish him well in the future.
