Directorate Change

The Board of Feedback announces that Michael Burt, the Executive Chairman is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect in order to pursue other business interests.

The Board would like to thank Michael for his excellent and valued contribution to the Company over the past years and wish him well for the future.

Michael is being replaced by the appointment of Nicholas (Nick) Shepheard as Executive Chairman.

Mr Shepheard has been working as an independent consultant for the past eight years. Clients have predominantly been hardware or software technology businesses, or service businesses enabled by technology. Prior to consulting Nicholas was General Manager of the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes. His earlier career was spent with Butterworths / Lexis-Nexis (Law publishing) and Dun and Bradstreet (credit reference).

The Board welcomes Nick to the Company and looks forward to working with him going forward.
