The Board announces that David Harding is retiring from his role as the
Company's Non Executive Chairman with immediate effect.


David Sawyer, Chief Executive, commented 'The Board of Feedback thanks David for
his 14 years of service to the Company during which time he has shown tremendous
support and, dedication to the Group. He leaves with our best wishes for the
future'.


The Board also announces that John Westcott is to become Life President of the
Company in recognition of his status as a founder director of Feedback ahead of
its 50th anniversary in 2008 and his service as both an executive and
non-executive director of the Company.
