                                Issue of Equity


Feedback PLC announces that following the receipt of a conversion notice today
for 11,460, 10 per cent. (net) Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference
Shares of £1 to be converted into 57,300 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the
Company application has been made to AIM and admission of the new ordinary
shares is expected to be on the 13 July 2005.



The issued share capital of the Company following this conversion is 778,889 10
per cent. (net) Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares and after
admission 12,341,646 Ordinary Shares.
