                            Conversion of Securities


Feedback PLC announces that following the receipt of a conversion notice today
from Thomas William George Charlton for 40,000 10 per cent. (net) Convertible
Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares of £1 to be converted into 200,000
Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company application has been made to AIM and
admission of the new ordinary shares is expected to be on the 19 April 2005.

The issued share capital of the Company following this conversion is 790,349 10
per cent. (net) Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares and after
admission 12,284,346 Ordinary Shares.

Following admission Mr Charlton's beneficial holding will be 1,392,000 ordinary
shares of 10p each, representing 11.33% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
