Adam Denning, Former Assistant Technical Advisor to Bill Gates, Appointed as Non-Executive Director

London, 3 February 2020: Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK, "Feedback" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Denning as non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. As former Assistant Technical Adviser to Bill Gates, he brings extensive software delivery skills to Feedback as roll-out of its secure, encrypted medical communication app for clinicians, Bleepa™ continues to gain momentum.

Adam currently serves as a non-executive director of Droplet Computing, an app containerisation startup, and as managing director of Logical Operators Limited, his own consultancy firm. Previously, he spent 25 years at Microsoft Corporation in various roles. From 2011-2017, he was a Partner Group Program Manager. In this role, he reported directly to the Corporate VP of the Windows platform, leading an international team of over 100 people and executing updates to Windows to deliver new customers. Before then, from 1999-2001, he served as an Assistant Technical Advisor to the Executive Office, presenting "demo days", where he would demonstrate internal and external technology to Bill Gates and attending all of his product reviews.

Rory Shaw, Chairman of Feedback, commented: "Adam has exceptional experience within the technology industry, especially in relation to project management and delivery, from his time at Microsoft. He brings valuable strategic input at an important time for us as we anticipate the commercial roll-out of Bleepa. We are very pleased to have him join the Board."

Adam Denning added: "Feedback's technology has real potential to solve many of the issues faced by doctors and healthcare professionals on a daily basis around the world. The commercialisation of the Company's flagship product, Bleepa is especially exciting and could make a significant difference to how doctors and nurses can treat their patients."

In accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Adam Michael Denning, aged 59, is currently a director of Logical Operators Limited and APPUX Limited (trading as Droplet Computing).
