Letter to Company Announcements Office

Pursuant to our Listing Agreement, you are hereby notified that Marvin W. Adams
has been elected Vice President - Chief Information Officer of the Company
effective December 4, 2000 and Kathleen Ligocki has been elected a Vice
President of the Company effective January 1, 2001.

Effective December 31, 2000, Wayne S. Doran, Bobbie A. Gaunt and William F
Powers, Vice Presidents of the Company, have elected to retire.  Also, John P.
Burkhard, an Assistant Treasurer of the Company, has elected to retire on
December 31, 2000.
