For the six months ended 30 June 2009

FDM (AIM : FDMG), the international IT services business, today announces that it will be reporting its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2009 on18 August 2009. 

An analyst meeting will take place on the day at 10am in the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London, EC2Y 9AE.
