The Board of FDM announces that, pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, they received formal notification on 2 July 2008 that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares on 1 July 2008, Ennismore Fund Management Limited have a direct interest in 1,245,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company representing 5.36% of the total voting rights of the Company.
