Dividend Declaration

The Board of FDM, the IT services business, confirms that it is recommending a final dividend of 2.5 pence per share for the second half of the year, resulting in a total dividend for the year ended 31 December 2008 of 3.5 pence per share. Subject to shareholder approval at the Group's Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2009, the dividend will be paid on 12 June 2009 to shareholders on the register on 29 May 2009. 

The Annual General Meeting of the Group will be held at 10:30 a.m. on 22 May 2009 at 2nd Floor, Lanchester House, Trafalgar Place, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 4FU.
