Further to the announcement by Astra 5.0 Limited on 23 December 2009 in connection with the recommended cash offer to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of FDM Group plc (the "Company"), the Company announces that Karl Monaghan has resigned from the board of directors in accordance with the terms of the Increased Offer Document posted to shareholders on 21 December 2009.

The Board thanks Mr Monaghan for his valuable service to the Company and wish him well for the future.
