                             Director shareholding


The Board of FDM announces that on 11 October 2007 Julian Divett, Chief
Operating Officer, sold, to satisfy institutional demand, 115,000 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) to institutional
investors. The Ordinary Shares were placed at a price of 130.5 pence per
Ordinary Share. Following the disposal of Ordinary Shares, Julian Divett remains
interested in 1,094,000 Ordinary Shares representing 4.71% of the current issued
share capital of FDM.
