Director Shareholding

The Company received notification on 8 October 2008 that on 7 October 2008 Sheila Flavell, Global Services Director of the Company, exercised her share options held under the Company's Executive Long Term Incentive Plan "LTIP".  50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were purchased at a price of 1 pence per share. As a result of this purchase Sheila Flavell now holds 236,924 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.0% of the issued shared capital.
