FDM announces that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006
were posted to its shareholders on 29 March 2007. Copies of the accounts will be
available for a period of one month from the date of this announcement, free of

House, Trafalgar Place, Brighton, BN1 4FL and from the Group's nominated adviser

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Group will be held at 10 a.m. on 10
May 2007 at the Group's offices at 2nd Floor, Lanchester House, Trafalgar House,
Trafalgar Place, Brighton, BN1 4FL.
