Issue of Equity from exercise of Share Options

 

First Derivatives (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I), a leading provider of software and consulting services to the capital markets industry, announces the issue and allotment of 33,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by a senior employee.

 

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM and it is expected that admission will take place on 1 August 2014.  The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.  Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 20,235,610 ordinary shares.
