Employees of the Company have exercised options to subscribe for 49,700 ordinary
shares in the Company on 5 March 2007.



Application has been made for the 49,700 ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 12 March
2007.
