                              Exercise of options



Employees of the Company have exercised options to subscribe for 28,000 ordinary
shares of £0.05 each in the capital of the Company on the 2 August 2007.



Application has been made for the 28,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 8 August
2007. These ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company.
