FD Technologies (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I) announces that Virginia Gambale, who is approaching the ninth anniversary of her appointment to the Board, has notified the Board of her intention to resign as a Non-Executive Director of the Group with effect from 29 December 2023. A decision on a replacement will be made based on a review of our skills matrix to support our growth strategy. Chair Donna Troy commented: "Virginia has been a valued Board member over the past nine years and has made an important contribution to the Group's strategy where the Group has benefitted from her deep domain expertise in financial services, technology, cloud, data and AI sectors. She has also made a significant contribution to the operation of the Board and its Committees, most recently acting as Senior Independent Director, Independent Designated Workforce Engagement Director and Chair of the Nomination and ESG Committee. On behalf of the Board I thank her for her efforts and wish her well in her future endeavours."
