Anderson, non-executive chairman of the Company, purchased 1200 ordinary shares
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 299 pence per share.


David Anderson has an interest in 130,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
