FBD announces that the resolution, proposed at today's EGM, seeking the approval
in relation to changes in the percentage shareholdings of Farmer Business
Development plc and other parties, which may arise from any future share
buybacks by FBD ('Whitewash Resolution'), was duly passed by Independent
Shareholders.



The result of the Whitewash Resolution poll vote was as follows:



In favour   9,038,091   (99.75%),    against   68,212   (0.75%).
