RE;  COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT


At a Board Meeting held this morning, 23rd May 2003, Mr. Philip Fitzsimons was
appointed Chief Executive, with effect from 1st July 2003.   He will succeed Mr.
Paul  O'Callaghan, who will retire on that date.   Mr. O'Callaghan will remain
on the Board as an Executive Director.
