FBD announces that it has purchased 10,000 of its own Ordinary Shares
(representing 0.02 per cent of the Company's issued share capital). The
purchases took place on 13th November, 2001. The maximum price paid was Euro
4.20 per share and the minimum price paid was Euro 4.18 per share.
